We are heading out in a few hours to the airport to fly home. We have about 36 hours or so of transit time. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone when I return. Thanks so much for experiencing this journey with us. We love you all!

Hey so I've made it home! It's been a trip about trusting God! From start to finish. I was so close to home (at Dallas, on the plane), we were taking off when one of the engines decided to blow up! And by blow up I mean make popping sounds and some sparks. Well the captin kept flying and I thought that I might die. Turns out that we headed back to Dallas to wait for another plane. Will I ever reach home? It was not too long before another plane came to take us safely to Sac. So almost 48 hours from Uganda to Sacramento! I am home! Thank you all for your prayers and have a great Christmas. God Bless.
